Pregnancy and Post-Partum Facial Massage
This treatment is the perfect self-care during pregnancy or in the postpartum months. The lifting and relaxation massage reduces tension and increases glow & lift while the lymphatic drainage safely and gently reduces the facial puffiness, water retention, sinus congestion and tension that’s caused by hormonal changes. If you’re postpartum, your baby is welcome to join the appointment!

My lymphatic drainage massage:
Reduces puffiness: Pregnancy often leads to fluid retention (sometimes 6–8 liters of extra fluid) that can cause facial puffiness. The light, rhythmic movements I use help drain this excess fluid, reducing swelling in the face, eyes, and neck.
